Terms & Conditions

Delivery:

All orders placed by 8pm are posted the next working day Mon-Thu. All orders places on Thursday after 8pm, Fri, Sat & Sun will be posted on Monday morning.

Courier:
All orders are posted via Courier delivery which can take between 1 - 5 working days unless otherwise stated. A signature will be required. We work with myhermes.co.uk. If you would like to track your order, please contact us for your tracking number.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
If you have upgraded your delivery to Royal Mail Special Delivery, your order will be posted the next working day if placed by 8pm. A signature will be required. Delivery is guaranteed for the next working day.

Royal Mail First Class Post
All orders placed by 8pm are posted the next working day via Royal Mail First Class Post. Please note, Royal Mail First Class Post is not guaranteed next day delivery and can take between 1-5 working days to arrive.

International Delivery
Orders that are posted to non-UK addresses can take up to 28 days to arrive. If after 28 days you have not received your item, please contact us on: info@lt2carparts.co.uk

Occasionally, delivery delays occur that are out of our control however we will do our best to locate your parcel and if it has not been received within 14 days, a replacement will be sent subject to stock.

Any items damaged upon receipt must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement item will be sent as soon as the damaged item is returned to us. We will cover the cost of the postage for the damaged return.

If an item is returned to us due to Royal Mail or our courier’s inability to deliver due to no signatory available or incorrect address details provided to us by the customer, we may re-ship at your request and expense. If a re-delivery is not required, a refund minus the original shipping costs incurred by us will be made. We reserve the right to pass all postage costs on to the customer

We will only ship to the address provided via PayPal. If you require your item to be sent to an alternative address, please ensure you set up the address on PayPal prior to paying for the item.

Courier items to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, will incur an additional courier charge and may be shipped using a different method to that stated in the listing. Please contact us prior to purchase for a delivery quote.

Stock levels change daily. If we cannot supply your item in an acceptable time, we will email you and notify you of an expected delivery date. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to dispatch if the delivery timescale is not convenient or acceptable to you.

Payment:

We accept PayPal and most major debit /credit cards over the phone.

No credit card information is kept on file for the security and protection of our customers.

You can contact us directly to pay over the phone by credit or debit cards. Please call one of our friendly operatives on 020 8123 1828 who can take your card payment and help with any enquiries regarding your purchase.

Please note – if payment is made via a PayPal E-cheque, items will not be dispatched until PayPal have advised us that the E-cheque has cleared.

We do not accept cheques.

Refunds | Exchanges | Errors:

Refunds can be made on unused items within 60 days of purchase.

You will have 60 days from the date of receiving the order, to return the item to us.

Please contact us for the returns address and instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: We will deduct postage and packaging costs we incurred from all refunds.

All returns costs are to be paid for by the buyer

If you have received an incorrect item and the error is our mistake, we will pay all postage costs involved in correcting our mistake. Replacement items cannot be sent until the original unit is back in our possession.

If you have ordered an incorrect item, please contact us. We can exchange this (once the correct part you require has been identified & subject to stock) within 60 days of the original purchase date. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs and the subsequent re-delivery fee plus any price difference between the original and the replacement item price.

Exchange requests will not be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date.

If you wish to cancel and return your order, you must advise us in writing within 60 days from receipt of the item. All returns must be in the original packaging, in the original condition and include your name, address and a phone number to contact you on if necessary. Refunds will not be given if the product is altered, used, has been fitted or damaged in any way.

Returns requests will not be accepted after 60 days.

All returns should be sent back to us using a fully tracked delivery service with insurance, we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit whilst returning to us.

Complaints & Feedback:

We pride ourselves on Customer Service but sometimes we may get it wrong. If you do have a complaint, then please contact is via email: info@lt2carparts.co.uk or call us on 020 8123 1828 during opening hours.

We will contact you within 1 working day and do everything we can to try and resolve your issue.

Warranty:

All new products are guaranteed for 12 months for a replacement or if unavailable, a full refund upon receipt of the defective item.

All used and refurbished products are guaranteed for 3 months for a replacement or if unavailable, a full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Registration:

If you register with us we will be able to send you special offers and other information if you tick the box whilst registering.

Also, your details will automatically be filled in when placing a future order.

Please note: We do not share your details with any third-party companies.

Orders not accepted:

We may not accept an order for the following reasons:

In the event of one of the below, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you. You will be contacted via email.

Distance Selling Regulations: Under these regulations to be found at http: www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si/si2000/20002334.htm you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order without giving a reason. The part must be returned at your cost unopened and undamaged and we will then refund you the cost of the part but not the charge we made to deliver.

This regulation also covers the Returns Policy.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, then contact us and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement part. We will reimburse return postage costs.

Data Protection:

Your privacy is our highest priority - Your details will only be used to process orders, gather feedback & data regarding our products & services and to send you promotional material (if opted into this service). Sub-contractors may also be used to fulfil tasks on our behalf, included but not limited to points referred to in this section.
